A Little Bit About Me…

Banjo had been a stray until some kind people contacted NSCR and we were able to take him in. Banjo is a five year old neutered male. He’s mostly black but has a few white hairs on his chest. The great news is that Banjo tested negative for both FIV and FELV, and he is now up to date on flea and worm treatments, and has been microchipped (details will need to be updated to the new owner’s information).️ Although Banjo has had his initial vaccination, due to lockdown, he was unable to have the second vaccination 3-4 weeks later, so these vaccinations will now need to be restarted.️ Banjo has had a dental treatment while with NSCR. Two of his teeth are likely to require extraction sometime in the future, but he is currently is good shape otherwise dentally. Ideally he would prefer to be an only cat so he can get all the attention, but if he were to move into a home with a resident cat, a slow introduction is recommended otherwise. Banjo needs a home without young children or dogs. Banjo adores head tickles and loves treats but he does not like being picked up. He hasn’t yet become a lap cat in his foster home. Banjo can be somewhat shy at first, but soon becomes very chatty and give lots of head bumps.
